Space and place are a part of our lives. We use geospatial thinking to identify, analyze, and understand how the world works. Global Positioning System or GPS provides users with
geographic data and Geographic Information Systems or GIS allows users to display and
analyze that data.

The MGA GeoTrunk provides a set of 12 Garmin Etrex 10 units for classroom or group use.
The trunk includes everything you will need to conduct a learning activity or lesson using the GPS receivers. A teacher consultant with the Mississippi Geographic Alliance will bring the trunk to your school or group to conduct activities. Recommended for grades K-5. The GeoTrunk is available for $150/day. Availability is limited.
